Ann's Comments: "The Nuclear Whales Saxophone Orchestra, of which I am a member, performed in Scotland last year, and while there I pieced this quilt. Except for a few costume scraps, all the fabric was purchased there, from fabric stores (including a Japanese cotton), decorator stores (one gave me a sample book), department stores (they still have fabric departments there), and the Guatemalan shop in Edinburgh. Completing the quilt are a lot of Nuclear Whales glow-in-the-dark buttons."
