Comments: Ann grew up in northwestern Ohio. Many in her area who went away to college went to Ohio State University and a similar number went to the University of Michigan. These two schools have quite a rivalry between them.

While Ann never attended either one, she had a fondness for Ohio State.

(Note the treatment of the Michigan logo on the back.)

She made this quilt for a fund-raising auction at her mom's church where she knew the Ohio State/MIchigan theme of it would generate quite a bit of interest. Her mom liked it so much, however, that she ended up buying it.
